Sara is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has 14 years’ experience across a broad range of sectors coaching leaders to be at their best.

Sara supports leaders to be the best version of themselves, she believes awareness of self and others is the key to success and that coaching brings this powerfully to individuals. With this understanding, she helps leaders present themselves authentically, building trust to create empowered high performing teams.

Sara facilitates conversations to help leaders notice the learning from their experiences so they can consistently grow themselves and their teams, building the positive mind set for success.

In today’s complex world she partners with leaders to navigate through their challenges to find the simplicity. In change there is always opportunity, and Sara creates a safe space to help leaders see those opportunities and creatively bring them to life.

Sara’s experience of organisational change allows her to be pragmatic, and insightful, bringing new perspectives and empowerment to her clients in turbulent times. She listens with compassion and asks insightful questions to help clients generate innovative solutions which helps them feel energised and empowered to make a positive impact. Sara creates a safe space to help leaders gain the tools and practical strategies to be curious about themselves and the people they lead, enabling them to be accountable for their own transformative change.

Business/Organisational Experience
Sara has worked in business for 25 years and has been a Leadership Coach since 2010. She has a background as a leader in project management delivering change within the financial services industry. More recently she was the Lead Coach who established a coaching culture within a UK insurance business. Sara defined the vision and strategic plan, building a team of internal coaches to ensure coaching was democratised across the business. She also devised a coaching skills for leaders program which enhanced communication, increased empowerment in teams and created greater collaboration.
