Sanjay Shesh

Sanjay Shesh, MCC, ACTC, is a Master Certified Coach, Advanced Certification in Team Coaching holder, Coach Supervisor, author, coach educator, and Founder & Managing Partner of Neptune Excellence LLP, an ICF-accredited coach education organisation.

Before entering the coaching profession, Sanjay spent more than three decades in the maritime industry, progressing from Marine Engineer and Chief Engineer to senior leadership positions including Vice President, Technical Director, and Managing Director. His experience of leading people and organisations across diverse cultures now forms an important foundation of his work as a coach and educator.

Since beginning his coaching journey in 2014, Sanjay has focused on executive and leadership coaching, team coaching, mentor coaching, coaching supervision, and the development of professional coaches. He is particularly passionate about integrating leadership and coaching, believing that the most effective leaders create environments in which people can think, take ownership, learn, and grow.

Through Neptune Excellence, he designs and delivers ICF-accredited Level 1, Level 2, Advanced Team Coaching, and Mentor Coaching programmes, working with coaches and leaders from India and internationally.

Sanjay is also the author of Let It Happen and Change Sustained and continues to write and develop new approaches to leadership and coaching. His professional philosophy centres on curiosity, partnership, trust, reflection, and the belief that sustainable transformation happens when people discover their own capacity rather than simply being given answers.
