Through my work in Leadership Team Coaching and Executive coaching, I support, challenge, and disrupt the thinking of leaders and teams, fostering win/win solutions with a systemic view. My goal is to help leaders lead the business, foster collaboration and create self-managed teams. I advocate for positive political intelligence and effective stakeholder management. Through my work in training others to become Executive Coaches and Leadership Team Coaches, I blend academic rigour with practical work and enable the aspiring Coaches to make informed choices about how they wish to use coaching, exploring different ways of working and considering their sense of being as a Coach, rather than be wedded to a specific methodology, which takes a mature approach to learning, wrestling with knowledge, approaches and ways of being.
