Ruchi is passionate about supporting coaches on their own journeys and is involved in creating continuous professional development programmes for new and established coaches. Ruchi also delivers ICF recognised professional coaching, team and executive coaching programmes.

Ruchi is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a practitioner of Applied Neuroscience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Ruchi is a certified Personal Branding Strategist and holds a professional post-graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications, a Diploma in Social Communications & Media and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Economics. Ruchi’s previous experience includes roles in public relations, organisational development and leadership development in the private and public sectors including the Civil Service.
