Business Experience :
After 28 years’ experience with FTSE100 Financial Services brands, enjoying a varied career of sales, leadership, management consultancy, business change and internal and external coaching, she embarked on her own coaching business in 2017. With a belief that ‘culture eats strategy for breakfast’ she works with teams, leaders and talent to empower them to achieve high-performance cultures.
