Rob is an ICF ACC executive coach, specialising in interpersonal communication and presentation skills. He works alongside clients to help them gain greater autonomy in their relationships with themselves and others. Rob partners with individuals who want to present with confidence and credibility, approach difficult conversations with clarity, and find calm amidst the complexity of interpersonal interactions.

As the founder of People People, a Prince’s Trust-supported L&D Consultancy, Rob blends his background as a professionally trained actor with his coaching expertise, supporting clients in unlocking their full potential. He partners with them to explore the intrapersonal factors that shape their behaviours (such as body language, vocal nuances, and linguistic defaults) empowering them to approach each situation with greater awareness and choice.

With an executive coaching qualification from Henley Business School, Rob’s clientele spans from C-suite and managers to graduates across industries such as Culture, Automotive, Healthcare, Insurance, Hospitality, Law, Higher Education, and Public Services.

Rob’s person-centred approach helps clients heighten their self-awareness, equipping them with the tools to refine communication, strengthen leadership, and cultivate genuine connections. Informed by his experience as a Samaritan Listening volunteer, he creates a psychologically safe space for clients to overcome challenges, expand their skillsets, and experience congruent, tangible learnings.
