Reena Dayal
I am an executive leadership coach and founder of The Collaborators (UK) Ltd, working at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and systemic change. I also offer CPD level practitioner level Applied Neuroscience training for coaches.
My coaching is grounded in the competencies and ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation, with a focus on partnering with clients as thinking partners – supporting deep awareness, choice, and meaningful behavioural shifts that will lead to systemic change.
I specialise in working with senior leaders, executives, and coaches who are navigating complexity, organisational change, and high-stakes decision-making. My approach integrates applied neuroscience with reflective inquiry, enabling clients to understand not just what they do, but how their brain and nervous system shape their patterns, responses, and leadership impact. The aim is to ultimately expand source of intelligence, grounded leadership and visionary thinking.
To level up my own skill levels and to create a ripple effect, I created the Applied Neuroscience Methodology (ANM), a structured framework that translates neuroscience into practical coaching application. My work draws on areas such as neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, cognitive diversity, and brain-based threat/reward dynamics, supporting clients to build awareness at both cognitive and embodied levels.
