I am an Integral coaching practitioner and evolving human! As an experienced coach I can support you in self-discovery, creating your transformation roadmap towards achieving your life and business goals, and accessing your full potential!

It is my belief that we are creators of our own destiny and as such have all that is necessary within ourselves to achieve our goals and live our purpose.

As an accredited coaching professional (ICF – PCC credentialed), I offer the following coaching services:
• Leadership and Management Coaching – coaching various managers at Senior, Middle and emerging management levels
• Life and Business Coaching – coaching individuals with regards to their personal development, performance and development within their careers
• Mentorship and Development – working with student coaches (training at The Coaching Centre), project managers and young professionals to develop their skills and leadership ability
• Coach Mentoring and Supervision – working with coaches using interactive reflection, interpretative evaluation and collaborative learning for their development (ICF Mentor Coach; Coach Supervisor – Goldvard Consulting Group)
• Promoting change within communities – targeted pro-bono coaching with various individuals as well as participating in coaching programmes with NGO/Ps and mentoring initiatives
