Priyaneet Kainth

Identity-aware, strengths-based ACC coach specialising in inclusive leadership and disability-confident, whole-person transitions. I create safe spaces for clarity and confidence.

I’m an ICF ACC coach specialising in whole-person, identity-aware and inclusive leadership coaching. I support senior leaders, disabled and chronically ill professionals, ERG leaders and individuals navigating identity shifts, confidence challenges, wellbeing needs and major life or health transitions. My coaching blends strengths-based practice, reflective inquiry and values-led decision-making, shaped by extensive experience in corporate inclusion, belonging and Agile leadership.

Grounded in lived experience of Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease and guided by Sikh principles of justice, equality and compassion, I create psychologically safe spaces where clients feel seen, heard and supported. I help people reconnect with their resourcefulness, strengthen self-trust and build sustainable leadership identities.
With over 900 hours of coaching delivered across leaders, disabled and neuro-divergent professionals and ERG communities, my approach is inclusive, human-centred and deeply intentional.

Choosing the right coach matters

Why choose an ICF accredited coach
