Pauline Leung

Capable, tired, and quietly wondering what's next? ICF PCC Body-Oriented Coach, 2,000+ hours, specialising in neurodivergent professionals and midlife transitions — practical, warm, and always listening to the body underneath. Bring a cup of tea.

I’m a Body-Oriented Coach (ICF PCC) working with professionals navigating transition — a career change, a new leadership role, burnout, midlife, or the quiet sense that something needs to shift.

My specialisms: **neurodivergent professionals** (500+ hours coaching people with ADHD and autism — doctors, nurses, teachers, managers), career and life transitions and body-based approaches to stress and confidence, trained in Polyvagal-informed nervous system regulation (The Somatic School, UK). 2,000+ coaching hours since 2022.

Sessions are practical as well as reflective — you leave each one with strategies you can use the same week. Clients have described the work as “life-changing” and “the greatest act of self-care I have afforded myself.”

Online across the UK and internationally, or in person around Ely and Cambridge. We start with a free 30-minute conversation — bring a cup of tea.
