I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and work at online fashion retailer ASOS as the Coaching and Competency Lead where I use my passion for people and agile delivery to help improve the ways teams and individuals work together to deliver quality software.
I lead a team of Agile Coaches, Practice Leads and Engineering Coaches who spend every day committed to improving the engineering capability at ASOS.
I bring a wealth of experience working at both small and large organisations across a variety of industry sectors from insurance and banking to the fast-paced world of Formula 1 racing.
