Patricia Roberts

I coach senior executives who acknowledge that they can achieve even more than they currently are, and who are open to exploring ways in which to unlock more of their potential, both for themselves and the value they add to the business

Having held roles up to Partner and Managing Director, my experience of business at a senior level enables me to connect with executives on the issues they face with deep understanding. I am able to challenge current perceptions and beliefs in a way that opens up new possibilities and new ways of thinking about difficult situations. In addition to coaching senior executives and the talent stream across many listed companies and in Government, my experience and knowledge make me sought after as a post-graduate coaching lecturer and leadership educator.

Coaching experience: 10 years+
My experience has been with large organisations with business leaders and individuals identified as talent, working on fast-tracking leadership development and addressing specific issues they face within their organisations or related to their growth as leaders. The outcome of executive coaching is an individual who has faced tough goals, conquered them and learned the ability to self-correct in the future. The process works towards enhancing excellence and supporting even greater achievement. Other areas of focus include senior executives facing strategic or business challenges and female leaders who aim to become board level executives.

Professional qualifications and Affiliations
I hold the Management Masters in Business and Executive Coaching from Wits Business School (University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa), in addition to the PCC executive coaching qualification from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. My research topic is the contribution of coaching to enabling team leaders to extract value from diversity in teams. I am accredited as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West.

Until taking up my current role in 2020, in addition to being a full time executive coach, I was an Educator for the online leadership courses (Executive Leadership and Women’s Leadership) offered by Oxford University Business School (Said), a lecturer and mentor coach for the Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching from the South African College of Applied Psychology and a Supervisor for Masters coaching students at Wits Business School.

I hold 4 accreditations as an Enneagram practitioner. I am an accredited facilitator of the Ennea International High Performing Teams intervention and have completed a range of post graduate courses in the area of Business Management and Company Direction, having studied at Wits Business School, GMIT and at the Aspen Institute in Colorado, U.S.A. I hold the Certificate in Neuroscience for Coaching from the University of Pretoria and the Advanced Systemic Coaching Constellations Certificate. I am also accredited in the Lumina Spark profiling methodology, and in Lominger executive profiling tools from Korn Ferry International.
