Pam works with clients as a confidence and mindset coach via phone, zoom, whatsapp or face to face to suit the client’s needs. She works with confident issues, improving communication skills, overcoming limiting beliefs in every area of a clients life.
Pam has training, teaching, coaching, supervision, mentoring, personality profiling, course writing and consulting expertise across a wide range of sectors and works with clients around the world in the capacity of Personal as well as Corporate coach.
Within business, she enjoys identifying training and development needs and developing appropriate training strategies in support of clients objectives. She works well on a 1-1 basis helping individuals perform more effectively within their personal and or their company’s value system.
She designs, develops and implements bespoke training programmes as part of her work with groups ranging from 4 to 250. The emphasis is on improved management skills, confidence, personal development, well-being (CSR), communication, presentation, conflict resolution, motivation, personal and business change.
She has created and continues to deliver, a wide range of training programmes to a diverse level of course participants from junior employees to Chief Executives.
She has extensive experience in both private and public sectors in-house as well as freelance in role of coach/trainer and tutor.
She has trained thousands of people in personal development and many go onto become professional coaches. Pam also coaches, mentors and supervises coaches on a regular basis.
