Pam Cottman

I specialise in building resilience and confidence for people trying to find their way (and themselves) through periods of change and challenge.

A former Assistant Headteacher turned ICF PCC coach specialising in building resilience and confidence, I bring more than 20 years of experience to my work supporting individuals, leaders and groups.

I partner with private clients and organisations to help people through periods of change. My coaching focuses on:

– Supporting professionals through ‘newness’ – from early career talent finding their feet, to high potentials being accelerated into leadership, senior leaders adjusting to increased scope, and people preparing for/ returning from parental leave, I help them build resilience and clarity.

– Being a cheerleader when people need one most – lots of my clients are highly capable but struggle to own their strengths. I help them shift their mindset and believe in themselves so they can work and lead with confidence and purpose.

– Supporting executives who feel alone at the top – I act as a thinking partner, working with senior leaders to help them gain perspective, refine their goals and feel less isolated in their challenges.

If you’re looking for a performance management or team coach, I’m not the right fit.

But if you like the sound of the rest, drop me a message and we can arrange a time to talk about how I can support you.

Choosing the right coach matters

Why choose an ICF accredited coach
