Nita Sharma
Enabling individuals to develop new perspectives and responses within the system they work in that brings them professional and personal fulfilment.
As a highly experienced executive coach, consultant, facilitator, and supervisor, I am passionate about creating empowering relationships, where people can thrive and be their best selves. The key thread that run through all my work is a context that individuals are part of systems, and within that enabling them to both navigate and be empowered to make the changes within the system they operate in.
My coaching approach also includes using a range of psychologically based methodologies and concepts dependent on the context and nature of the development and interventions that is needed. I bring curiosity and an appreciation of differences and helping clients to find their own ‘sweet’ point that leads to evoking transformation.
As a coach supervisor, I supervise coaches 1:1 at all stages of their coaching career. I also supervise participants in groups and am involved in facilitating Community of Practices (CoP) for coaches and consultants in organisations who want to build robust practices. As a supervisor, I am interested in supporting and challenging individuals to explore their ‘edge’ and stretch rather than settling for ‘what is familiar’. I like to create a supervisory space that allows for psychological safety for individuals to lean into their ‘discomfort’ in service of their own learning and reflexivity.
Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experiences
I combine areas of leadership development, executive coaching, DEI, team, career coaching and cross-culture in a broad range of business sectors including finance, consumer, retail, pharma, manufacturing technology,NHS,higher education and non-profit sector. This combination enables me to work effectively and in-depth, on both business and personal issues with leaders and individuals. I am particularly skilled at working with global organisations, highly diverse groups and cultures including Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, APAC, and South Asia.
I have consulting experiences which includes working with clients in systemic change, design and facilitating workshops. Some of my work has been working within organisations at a systemic level enabling them to embed their DEI framework, webinars on diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism webinars, facilitating inclusive leadership, building global mindsets for teams and coaching senior, middle managers on diversity identities, privilege and allyship.
