While technology has become such a driving force in our lives, I’m convinced more than ever that people are at the heart of successful business stories. Leadership with purpose, with meaning, is paramount to achieving success in today’s context, where environmental, societal and governance dimensions are both challenges and agents of change and opportunity.

My work is focused on business transition, supporting Boards and Leadership Teams in accelerating change, enhancing business performance, engendering trust and collaboration, and innovating and embedding sustainability. In support of these goals I specialise particularly in organisational effectiveness, team design, governance and decision-making, assessment, executive search and succession.

In addition, as a coach, I work with executives on topics including team effectiveness, relationships, stakeholder management, career transitions, and purpose and meaning. I am finding an increasing desire among clients to want to work in responsible businesses and I support and encourage their journeys to establish their corporate and personal legacies.
