I coach within organisations and with private clients, helping them to gain clarity and confidence in order to have an impact in the world and bring new energy, focus, and commitment to their work, life, and leadership.

Who I work with:
I provide executive, leadership, and transition coaching to clients and teams including senior executives and board members, future talent, and those transitioning in their careers across a variety of industries including Management Consultancy, Professional Services, Global Tech Corporations, entrepreneurs, and leaders within the non-profit sector.

How I help:
I bring integrity, experience, and insight to my work using an evidence-based and client-centered approach, enabling my clients to build on their unique talents and strengths, encouraging them to be open to all aspects of who they are, play a meaningful part in the game and achieve their goals.
Organisations retain, engage, and promote their key talent creating purpose-led leaders and teams who are passionate about what they do and why they’re doing it; individuals gain clarity on their purpose and transition into new roles in-line with this new thinking and way of being.

My Experience:
I have been running my coaching practice since 2013, prior to which I was an experienced leader in the cultural and creative industries, having set up and run numerous successful enterprises and advised on a variety of government and private initiatives. I sit on numerous boards and am a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.

Coach Mentoring and Coach Training:
I am an ICF Accredited Coach-Mentor and along with my professionally accredited associate team, I offer Mentor Coaching for coaches in training, those wanting to sharpen their coaching skills and gain their professional credentials with the professional bodies. I am also a Coach Mentor and External Coach Tutor for Henley Business School on their Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching Programme.

Coaching Supervision:
I aim to create a ‘Sandpit in which to play, rather than a courtroom in which to judge’ (Shohet).
I work with groups and individuals to support you in deepening your reflective practice to expand awareness, generate ideas for best supporting your clients, develop and become more masterful as a coach.

Training:
I trained with The Coaches Training Institute, the world’s largest in-person coach training and leadership development school. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC CPCC), working towards MCC. My other significant training and accreditation:
