Nick Harris

I aim to make the coaching process enjoyable and fun whilst creating a context of rich personal learning, to enable the people I work with to improve their confidence, recognise their values and re-motivate themselves to identify and achieve their personal and career goals.

I have been working as a full time coach for over fifteen years with a diverse international client base, ranging from MBA graduates to senior managers and executives in global organisations. I also have a wealth of experience as a manager working in both the public and private sectors.

I have successfully delivered executive coaching to senior managers in a number of large companies in both the private and public sectors including British Telecom, Network Rail, Royal Bank of Scotland, Civil Service, NHS, Concern Worldwide, Bosch, City Of London Corporation, Kingston Public Health and Welsh National Opera.

My wide ranging corporate experience and in depth training enables me to readily connect with my clients’ challenges and support them in identifying and achieving their goals.

As an ICF accredited MCC coach, I can also support you with the coach mentoring required to obtain your coaching credential and the supervision to develop your coaching to the next level.
