I’ve been a people and talent professional for over 25 years working in HR leadership roles, executive search and consultancy with different companies, working into various countries and sectors. For the past decade I have been working as a coach.

I partner closely with clients, both individuals and teams, to help them focus on what really matters to get them to the top of their game, generate and make the most of opportunities and to boost the clarity and confidence to achieve what they are truly capable of.

The common focus of coaching with me is to intentionally carve out the time and space to think through, explore, test and plan the behaviours and commitments that will unlock new approaches and deliver improved, sustainable performance and impact.

Across all my services I utilise the GC Index, a tool that reveals specific data and insights to help people to understand where their energy, drive and engagement comes from. These insights are harnessed to deliver meaningful individual and collective performance, contribution and impact.
