I am an authentic, engaging and versatile Executive and Leadership Team Coach, with a strong background in Operations, Learning & Development and Organisational Change. With over 20 years’ experience in retail, hospitality and professional services, I specialise in helping senior leaders and their teams increase self-awareness, trust and performance.
Drawing on my expertise in coaching, psychology and systems thinking, I create safe yet challenging spaces for teams to think together, communicate openly and unlock their collective intelligence. I am passionate about helping clients build ‘Thinking Environments’ — cultures that foster inclusivity, collaboration, creativity and sound decision-making.
I have partnered with leaders and teams across diverse sectors, from scale-ups to global organisations, including Energy, Consulting, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Not-for-Profit. I also serve as an Associate Board Member for the ICF UK Chapter representing Team Coaching, supporting the professionalisation and growth of this evolving field.
