I have a passion for helping people and organisations reach their full potential. I'm an executive coach 25 years of global leadership expertise in brand strategy, marketing communications, business development, and sales.
I am an ICF-certified coach working with individuals, leaders, and teams across executive, leadership, and personal development contexts.
Alongside my coaching, I bring 25 years of experience in commercial leadership, sales, and marketing across the UK, Europe, and the US, including nearly a decade in New York. My career has spanned start-ups, scale-ups, and VC/PE-backed businesses, as well as work with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations across sustainability, renewable energy, media, marketing and advertising, and entertainment.
Earlier in my career, I founded and ran a PR consultancy in New York and spent several years working as an actor and voiceover artist across London and New York.
My coaching is also informed by personal experience. Having navigated burnout, mental health challenges, and addiction, I bring a grounded understanding of what it takes to make meaningful and lasting change.
