I bring my skills, breadth of experience, energy, authenticity and structure, to groups and leadership teams, facilitating focused conversations, encouraging collaboration and enabling high performance to achieve YOUR desired outcomes.
I may use some tools, such as Insights Discovery, MBTI, or 360 to develop a stronger sense of self and each other, to build relationship intelligence and reduce conflict, or I may suggest a narrative approach – facilitating conversations with individuals to understand the needs and identify priorities for change.
