I work with experienced executives and professionals who want to strengthen their leadership impact, navigate change and make more intentional career decisions. My clients include established senior executives, people moving into greater responsibility and talented professionals seeking to increase their influence and visibility without becoming someone they are not.

My approach is warm, candid and appropriately challenging. I will not tell you what to do or offer a generic formula for success. Instead, I help you examine the assumptions and patterns shaping your choices, clarify what matters and translate insight into practical conversations, decisions and action. Where useful, I bring strategic and organisational perspective alongside the coaching.

Before becoming an executive coach, I spent more than 25 years in senior roles across film, entertainment and corporate environments, including Disney, Pinewood and Paramount. I understand the realities of demanding organisations, complex stakeholder relationships, restructures and career transitions. My experience as a senior woman in environments where I was often the only woman at the table also informs my understanding of authority, visibility and belonging.

Alongside individual coaching, I partner with organisations and industry bodies to design bespoke coaching-led leadership development programmes. My work with mid-to-senior talent explores areas including leadership identity, influence, career progression, managing pressure, courageous conversations and leading through change.

Through my practice, Bodacious Coaching, I help people make bold decisions, take audacious moves and create an impact that reflects what they are truly capable of.
