Michelle Atkinson

Together we’ll create a safe space for support and challenge to be present and welcomed.

I partner with individuals inside and outside of organisations, co-creating an environment for reflection and working through what’s on their mind.

With 25+years practical corporate experience in a global organisation, spanning project management, operational leadership, HR, employee engagement, change consultancy, senior leadership development, talent management, and the development of a global internal coaching faculty, I bring a wealth of experience and insight when working with organisations in support of their people agendas.

The work I love to do includes 1:1 and group work. Here are some examples:

Talent Development:
Coaching individuals and groups as a critical component tailored to and embedded within leadership development programmes. Includes talent programmes and those focussed on building coach capability in leaders.

Career Coaching:
Partnering with new hires – navigating newness in organisations can feel challenging. I partner with new hires to enhance the onboarding experience and support them as they build their confidence and personal brand.

I also partner with individuals and/or organisations to coach people who want to proactively manage their careers or are feeling “stuck” where they are.

Team coaching – partnering with teams to support them on their leadership journey to high performance
