Michael Haigh

I am an ICF PCC-credentialed executive coach, leadership coach and business mentor, and founder of The Leap Coaching, based in the UK and working with clients across the UK, US and Middle East.

My practice is built around a central insight I call the Success Paradox — the experience that many high-achievers arrive at the summit of their careers and find it isn’t what they expected. Not failure, not burnout in the conventional sense, but a quiet sense of disconnection between the life they’ve built and the life they actually want to be living.

I work at the identity level with senior professionals — accountants, lawyers, clinicians, C-suite executives and founders — helping them move from high performance to genuine fulfilment, without dismantling what they’ve worked to create.

Before coaching, I spent approximately thirty years in corporate leadership across automotive and banking, including roles at HSBC and Jaguar Land Rover. That background shaped my approach: commercially grounded, psychologically informed, and direct.

My flagship engagement, Beyond the Summit, is a three-month coaching programme. I also offer an Executive Operating System Audit as a focused entry point for senior leaders.
