I am an ICF-accredited Executive Coach and L&D specialist with over 25 years of leadership and commercial experience across retail, technology, hospitality, and facilities management. Having held senior leadership roles with organisations including Tesco, Asda, Apple, Iceland, and Haven, I bring practical insight and real-world credibility to my coaching.
I specialise in leadership effectiveness, resilience, wellbeing, and performance, helping leaders develop the self-awareness, confidence, and behavioural flexibility needed to thrive in complex and fast-paced environments. My coaching integrates evidence-based approaches from neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and behavioural science to support sustainable growth, stronger leadership capability, and high-performing teams.
I hold accreditations in Insights Discovery, Hogan, EQ-i Emotional Intelligence, Belbin, and Situational Leadership, and I am also a qualified Mediator, Master NLP Practitioner, and MHFA England Instructor Trainer.
