My intention is to continue creating impact through what I have learned across my 19 years career working with global organizations across multiple industries in transformation, coaching, and DE&I to supporting leaders navigate these uncertain times through centering Leadership and agile and flexible ways of working.
As a PCC coach, my coaching has been influenced primarily by the ICF as well as many development philosophies such as nonviolent communication, system and relational systems coaching and somatic/ontological coaching.
