Mark Smith
Experienced personal development and executive coach, and trained team coach. I am passionate about facilitating people and organisations to learn, expand their thinking and awareness, and to grow.
I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, the commonality being their desire and curiosity to use the coaching space for learning and expansion. Much of my work centres around concepts of identity, and setting and managing boundaries.
My executive experience is mostly in the not for profit sector, principally in education. I am a chartered accountant, governance professional, and director, and also have non-executive experience. I now work as a coach, facilitator, trainer, and consultant. I also provide mentor coaching support.
I have experienced myself the transformative power of coaching and am passionate about coaching as a force for good.
