I work with leaders and aspiring leaders who are passionate about creating a better world, helping them to navigate key career transitions and overcome professional and personal challenges.

Whatever your ‘mission’, and whether you work in the private, public or third sector, I love learning what makes people tick and helping them to make the most of their unique strengths, while still being themselves.

My clients range from mid-career professionals to senior partners and CEOs working in business, law, finance, medicine, consulting, non-profits and academia. Areas I often help them with include:

– Taking charge of their career direction and trajectory (including finding a new role)
– Starting a new role or re-entering the workplace after burnout

As a coach I draw on my broad professional experience, which includes almost 20 years in environmental sustainability and before that law, and spans professional services, central government and the non-profit sector. I’ve worked with boards, set strategies, implemented programs, led teams, and played the role of trusted advisor and ethical guardian.

Throughout my career I’ve been driven by a desire to make a positive impact and I get huge satisfaction from helping others to flourish professionally and live happier, more rewarding lives.
