Lynn Kirk

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) based in Leicestershire, working online with clients across the UK and beyond.

I coach professionals, leaders and business owners on communication, performance, career progression and managing complexity. I also work with private clients navigating life transitions, overwhelm and personal change. My approach is calm, intuitive, analytical and creative — I listen deeply, synthesise quickly, and help you focus on what matters most.

Before coaching, I spent over two decades in senior commercial and leadership roles, including product management at Boots and operational leadership within a FTSE 100 business. I was also on the senior leadership team 1,600-student Academy. That background means I understand the real pressures my clients face — not just the theory of them.

I have particular experience in simplifying complexity, building practical systems for personal effectiveness, and supporting clients with diverse thinking and working styles. I also offer home and life organising for clients who need practical as well as mindset support.

Sessions are available online via video, by phone, or in person across the East Midlands.
