Lucy heads up Quest Perspective and brings over 20 years operational and strategic leadership experience in the Retail Sector as she supports and works with her clients. She is passionate about seeing people fulfil their potential and is equipped to coach client development to generate inspiring and practical leadership skills. As a dynamic and proven leader, Lucy operates at Board level and spent over 15 years as an internal coach and mentor, in addition to her day job. Throughout her career Lucy has had a reputation for coaching and developing people and her ability to build connection and trust through her relationships, aids mobility and breakthrough for her clients.
