With a background as a senior leader in commercial lending and asset management, I recently about turned my career to focus on coaching and developing leaders to coach more. Before becoming freelance I had the pleasure of leading coaching for a FTSE 100 company. In that role I was accountable for the the coaching agenda, working to blend internal and external coaching provision to support leaders to be the best they could be and building the capability of leaders at all levels in the organisation to coach their people. Now freelance, I’m pleased to be working with organisations to build their coaching approach and as Director of Coaching in Organisations in the UK am supporting a wider community of organisations to expand the use of coaching as a strategic tool.
