Lesley-Anne Williams

After a career at Board level I have aligned my coaching and business skills with Bereavement and End of Life Coaching experience to support organisations, individuals and teams to create successful and happier futures.

My deep knowledge of the government, health and social care sectors is matched by a passion for supporting the individual, the vulnerable and those less able to speak for themselves. Leading transformation , identifying and realising skills and opportunities, and coaching and mentoring individuals and organisations as they navigate through challenging situations.

Always looking at the whole person, I value professionalism and integrity, and my approach is one of humility, empathy and respect. I coach individuals who want to revaluate their lives, find balance, move forward from loss or reconnect with their hopes and dreams.

In business I coach individuals and teams who seek to increase their impact and I have led many transformation and performance projects.

With a rich career history and 20 years as a Coach and Bereavement Coach I am pleased to bring my work and personal values together in my current work.
