I have coached clients across a range of industries including, banking, engineering, investment banking, technology, academia, asset management, the creative industries, transport, utilities and accountancy. They have ranged from senior management, middle and lower management positions, business owners, the self-employed, partners, graduate starters and those not in employment.

I am also a professional actor and trained corporate role-player and skills trainer, and this has allowed me to include some practical skills work in my individual coaching, where appropriate, for clients who find it useful. I also provide individual and group skills-practice and facilitation through various practice learning companies.

After a degree in Geography at Cambridge University and a period as a musician and revue performer I worked in the stock market and financial public relations for a variety of blue chip companies, advising institutional and corporate clients across a range of products for over 30 years. I also ran my own financial research and advice company, as well as my own financial PR consultancy and have been involved at a senior level in local volunteering, campaigning and liberal politics.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), I have a Masters level qualification in coaching – the Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching (Distinction – Bristol Business School/UWE), the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and I am a certified NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner (Business NLP). I have the Certificate in Stress Management and Performance Coaching with IAFPD, recognised by the ISCP – this comprised of three specialist primary certificates in stress management coaching, performance coaching and assertion/communication skills training. I continue to train and develop my skills, I am a Chartered Member (MCSI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), an Affiliate Member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) and follow the ICF code of ethics and am fully insured.
