Holding a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Kim combines analytical insight with a grounded, human approach to coaching. Before establishing her practice, she spent over a decade in the financial sector, equipping her with deep understanding of organisational pressures and the realities of leadership. She is accredited as a Lumina Spark Practitioner and certified in Neurodiversity in Coaching and Coaching Leaders in Crisis, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and evidence-informed practice.

As an ICF Mentor Coach and Assessor, Kim supports professional coaches in honing their skills and preparing for credentialing, creating a safe and constructive space for development and reflection. Her style is direct, compassionate, and pragmatic – helping clients gain clarity, challenge limitations, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
