Kaye Bateman

I have over 20 years experience as a facilitator and coach. In that time, I have worked with professionals at all levels, including executives in multinational corporations and entrepreneurs building their own businesses. I particularly relish the opportunity to work with individuals working in the third sector, sustainability or social impact space.
Core to my coaching approach is a firmly held belief that clients hold all the answers to unlocking their own challenges in their own way. My role as coach is to hold the space whilst clients explore their ideas in a safe and supportive environment. My approach is to coach the whole person with a view to achieving significant personal growth and development during our time together.
When I am not working, you might find me on the touchline cheering on my son’s rugby team or organising a fundraising event for our local scout group.
