Juliet Lambe

Juliet partners with leaders to boost their leadership skills and impact. She helps them to communicate clearly, influence others, and foster relationships, to build Emotional Intelligence, to navigate organisational changes, to build resilience, and to lead teams through transitions. She helps them to foster a positive and inclusive team culture in remote, dispersed, hybrid and flexible working environments. She helps them boost collaboration, resolve conflicts and deliver results, while managing their work life balance.

She supports clients at all career stages with career development, career progression and career transitions. She helps her clients navigate squiggly careers and navigate setbacks and Imposter Syndrome. Having led teams from diverse cultural backgrounds while overseas, she helps clients develop their cultural intelligence and grow as inclusive leaders.

As well as being ACC accredited with the ICF, Juliet is MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Inventory) Step I & II accredited and Belbin Team Roles accredited.
