Julie Horne

I am an executive leadership coach with over 17 years of coaching experience after a successful business career. I am passionate about coaching senior managers and high potential leaders to accelerate their career and fulfillment in their work. I help my clients to transition between technical and leadership roles, develop their career path, and find ways of making an impact with their leadership strengths to achieve their true potential at work.
Following an early career as a successful senior executive and after co-founding, leading and later selling my own international research consultancy, my strong business background and coaching skills have helped clients such as senior leaders in financial services, technology, consulting and other corporate sectors, as well as senior researchers in academia, and entrepreneurs. I am an executive coach with MBA and Executive MBA and Entrepreneurship programs at London Business School, and Cambridge Judge Business School.
I received my coaching certification from The Neuroleadership Group and hold the highest level Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I also served as a Director for the UK chapter of the ICF in the recent past. I am accredited to use a variety of psychometric tools, am an NLP practitioner and received my BA from the University of Sussex.
