Beyond my role as an accredited coach of 13 years, I bring my lived experience of senior leadership and personal development, as well as all the ups and downs of being a working mum. As your thinking partner, you’ll find that deep listening and supportive challenge are at the heart of my work. I like to think that I can make sense of your situation quickly and keep a light touch. All combined with a collection of practical tools and models to support your journey. I also offer C-Me Colour Profiling assessments to support personal & team development.

I offer a variety of approaches for leaders, ambitious professionals and small teams, from ‘one-off’ clarity sessions, to short and longer-term programmes. I’m based in Bristol and work face to face as well as on-line.
