Merging my lived experience and training in theatre with new and developing coaching skills, I draw on a significant depth of knowledge when partnering with my clients to understand themselves and their needs better. I have an evolving interest in how much knowing and understanding what our body is telling us can support us in moving forward and what potentially may be stopping us.
