I have 32 years of pharmaceutical experience, having worked in South Africa, USA and the UK in sales, marketing and general management roles. When I was Head of Commercial Development at Sandoz, South Africa I realised my passion for growing and developing people and helping them achieve their full potential as individuals. Based on this I have started my company to support people’s development using coaching, Insights Discovery model and training facilitation.
