John Vinney
John is a systemic executive coach with ICF ACC and EMCC Practitioner-level accreditation. Drawing on lived leadership experience as a university Vice-Chancellor and CEO, he mainly works across the higher education, public and charity sectors.
Former Vice-Chancellor of Bournemouth University, I am now the Founder and Director of Eton Executive Coaching Ltd and an accredited executive coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
I specialise in executive coaching and values-led leadership development, partnering with senior teams across higher education, health, and charity sectors. With years of experience at the helm of institutional strategy, I help leaders navigate challenging and uncertain times with clarity and compassion.
