John Gray

Executive coach, supervisor and mentor coach, and Senior Faculty at the Academy of Executive Coaching. I specialise in coaching clients from the not-for-profit and statutory sectors.

Since 2001, individual, community and whole organisation development have been at the core of my practice. Working almost exclusively with not-for-profit organisations, I focus on supporting organisational change, leadership development, and one-to-one coaching and executive development.

In coaching, my particular areas of expertise are performance and fulfillment at work, realignment of aspiration and values to performance, and strategy and team development.

Increasingly though my work and personally, I support myself, my clients and my colleagues to address and find responses to our impact on the environmental and biodiversity crisis and on social justice.

Choosing the right coach matters

Why choose an ICF accredited coach

Every coach in our UK Coach Directory holds an ICF credential, demonstrating they have completed coach-specific education, met internationally recognised coaching standards and are committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and ongoing professional development.

With an ICF credentialed coach, you can choose with confidence.
