As a certified Leadership coach I specialise in Executive, Mindset & life coaching. often supporting people through times of challenging personal and work transitions. I love to work with those looking to make career moves and life changes.
I started as a Corporate Caoach in BT and then ran a team of 45 coaches. These coaches all had a day job to do as well as coach.
I am a trained and licensed Corporate Coach U Facilitator to deliver the Coach as Manager course as well as a Goal Mapping practitioner.
I am married to an Australian with a daughter and have a truly global family, with over 8 nationalities covered by my immediate family.
As a dyslexic with a dyslexic daughter and neurodiverse nephews & nieces I love what that neurodiverse dynamic brings to the conversation and the world.
I love working with children and teenagers. I am a Christian and worked as a Youth Worker in our Church for 14 years before having my daughter. Having experienced how tough it is for young people to work out what they want and then find a job (coupled with the debt from Uni or not going to Uni) I developed a course for them to look at their futures.
