Joan Folacci
Jo is an experienced executive coach who works at corporate and senior executive level to help managers to lead, achieve and excel. She operates internationally out of London and coaches in English and French having lived 25 years in Paris.
Jo is objective, supportive and insightful and she adapts her coaching style to suit individual needs. Jo establishes a relationship of trust and confidence in which the client can express himself freely without fear of being judged. Within this context of confidence, she seeks to challenge and stretch her clients to give of their best, to better understand themselves in order to identify and eliminate self-limiting beliefs and to step outside of their usual zone of comfort in order to grow.
