Jo Reeves

I coach people to find their superpower! I consider myself a true change coach, having built my foundations working with clients battling addiction and substance misuse.

Jo is a highly sought-after expert in coaching and leadership development, regularly featured in Psychologies magazine, Women & Home magazine, workingmums.co.uk, and most recently, People Management magazine. A trusted voice in the field, she is a frequent expert guest on BBC Radio and an esteemed UN Women UK community member and delegate.

Recognised for her innovative and impactful work, Jo was shortlisted for the Award for Business Master’s Outstanding Collaboration for her ground-breaking partnership with Center Parcs on Women’s Development. She has delivered transformative learning experiences for leading organisations, including Capital One, ING Bank, Ambition Institute, Wildlife Trusts, Virgin Media O2, and the NHS. In 2023, she successfully spearheaded the Women in Life and Leadership programme, a sophisticated learning intervention and behavioural change initiative implemented within several global organisations.

As an ICF-accredited PCC coach, Jo is a highly skilled tutor and facilitator, teaching on the ICF Level 2/Postgraduate Certificate (University of Chester) Business and Personal Coaching programme, as well as the ICF-Accredited Burnout Coach Programme. She brings a deep specialism in burnout, going beyond surface-level stress management to address the underlying beliefs, systemic pressures, and root causes that drive burnout. Through her work, she helps individuals and leaders unlearn harmful narratives, redefine success, and create lasting, sustainable change. She is also a dedicated mentor, supporting coaches in advancing their professional development and accreditation.

A passionate and dynamic speaker, Jo captivates audiences with her thought-provoking insights on topics ranging from maternity to menopause, burnout, change, and coaching. She also curates transformative seasonal retreats at Birmingham Botanical Gardens, known as Worthwild, where she expertly blends the power of group coaching, connection, and nature to inspire profound personal and professional growth. With a deep understanding of group dynamics, Jo creates enriching environments that foster connection, insight, and collective learning—empowering individuals to tap into both the energy of the group and the natural world around them.
