Jill Saville
Executive coach since 2006 and now MCC. Lived in France for 14 years and worked mainly F2F in Luxembourg and online globally. Moved back to the UK in 2022 and work with individuals and private and public sector organisations.
Public sector for 32 years, ending in Legal Services London where a far-sighted HR manager (and now MCC) trained 10 of us to be internal coaches. When I moved to France in 2009, I set up my own coaching and leadership training practice, mainly in Luxembourg as English was the main business language. Moved to include online, which helped during COVID and also with my transition back to the UK in 2022. I became MCC 4 July 2024 and am now exploring what difference that makes to my outlook and business.
