My expertise over 25 years has a focus on talent acquisition and career management, working with professionals from across industries and diverse backgrounds – leading teams and delivering executive search, recruitment, training & development and HR projects.
As an ACC coach, and co-founder of a global boutique recruitment business, I work closely with senior leaders and candidates across all disciplines and developed a passion for coaching clients during periods of career advancement, change and transition – empowering them to think about what they want, recognize what might be getting in their way and to identify approaches and actions so they can reach their desired goals and outcomes.
I offer career coaching programmes and personal coaching as well as career development and recruitment related workshops to both individuals and organisations.
