Jemma Roberts

ICF ACC credentialed coach supporting neurodivergent creatives, particularly musicians, artists and producers, to move from intention to sustainable action.

I’m an ICF ACC credentialed coach, musician and creative practitioner specialising in supporting neurodivergent creatives, particularly musicians, artists, producers and people navigating complex creative lives.

My coaching helps clients move from intention to action in ways that feel practical, sustainable and aligned with how their brains actually work.

Clients often come to coaching when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, creatively blocked, juggling competing demands, struggling with follow-through, or trying to make meaningful progress without burning out.

Alongside my coaching credentials, my background includes being a qualified Occupational therapist (not currently registered or practising), Inclusive coaching training, ADHD-focused professional development, and lived experience of navigating creativity, neurodivergence and self-employment.

As a working musician and producer, I understand the realities of creative identity, unfinished projects, performance pressure, inconsistent momentum, and the challenge of building sustainable creative careers.

My coaching style is practical, collaborative and grounded, combining reflection, accountability, structure and flexibility. While many of my clients are musicians and creatives, I also work with people seeking thoughtful, strengths-based coaching around focus, progress, decision-making and sustainable ways of working.

Choosing the right coach matters

Why choose an ICF accredited coach

With an ICF credentialed coach, you can choose with confidence.
