People come to me when they’re stepping into a new role, preparing to step back, navigating succession, or leading others through uncertain times — moments that bring both opportunity and uncertainty. I create space for people to explore, for real and lasting change to become possible. A place where people can reflect openly, make sense of what’s going on and see themselves and others with greater clarity. In a calm, steady and non-judgemental setting.

I live in South Lincolnshire (UK) and see clients virtually and in person – I still love to work in person. Whenever the chance arises I’ll meet up with other like minded people, to help expand my own thinking and keep connected to the world around me.

I spend my free time walking, travelling, playing golf (still learning), camping and with friends and family.
